"I bought a 100+ year old historic home in Dallas because apparently I enjoy character, charm, and a never-ending list of projects. Over the years, I’ve worked with A LOT of contractors—and somehow never written a review for any of them. Until Olio.
One of the projects I envisioned from the beginning was converting our detached garage into a back house/pool house. It ended up being our biggest project yet, and from the beginning, Luke and Caleb brought a level of thoughtfulness, experience, and care that really stood out. They were responsive, communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure the space came together the way we envisioned it.
The biggest thing Olio gave us was peace of mind. With an old house, there are always a lot of details to think through, and it meant so much to know we had a team who cared about the finished product and stood behind their work. We never felt like we were just another project on the schedule.
I’m so thankful we found Olio Builders. Luke, Caleb, and the whole team were wonderful to work with, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team for our building adventure."
